Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
We take you at your hotel in the morning to start our program which will take us to Tarangire National Park. The Park with its endless tree savannah and seasonal wetlands, is also home to North Tanzania’s largest elephant herd, with over 4000 elephants at the last count. You can also see zebras, giraffes, buffalo, lions, hyenas, and a variety of antelopes and gazelles.
When you arrive at the park, your driver will greet you in an open-roof jeep and begin your wildlife watch with a picnic lunch. Later in the day, you’ll get a chance to see even more of this breathtakingly beautiful park. Later in the day, you will be driven to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, begin the drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Drive to the Crater Rim from the gate and spend a few minutes admiring the Crater from the highest point.
This magnificent caldera is home to all five of the Big Five: Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, and Elephant, as well as many other mammals. Flamingos on Soda Lake, geese, storks, vultures, and other birds can be found. The Ngorongoro Crater is often referred to as “Africa’s Eden” and the “Eighth Natural Wonder of the World.” Lunch will be served at the Ngoitoktok Spring Picnic Site. After lunch, continue with game viewing and in the late afternoon ascending the Crater and returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara Game Drives. Transfer to Arusha
After breakfast at the lodge, depart for Lake Manyara National Park with lunch boxes for game drives. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the park. You’ll have enough time to look for lions, hippopotamuses, elephants, zebras, buffalos, giraffes, baboons, blue and vervet monkeys, warthogs, and other animals. A total of 350 bird species have been identified. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch before commencing on an afternoon game drive. Evening return to Arusha for your own arrangements or airport drop-off
